By accessing or using AI.Blogue, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI.Blogue is an AI-powered blogging platform that enables users to:

• Create and manage personal blogs
• Generate AI-powered content using Cohere's language models
• Publish articles optimized for LLM SEO and modern AI search engines
• Access analytics and performance metrics
• Interact with other users' content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of AI.Blogue, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
• Notify us immediately of any security breach

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AI.Blogue. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory agencies

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

AI.Blogue operates on a credit-based system. Each AI-generated post requires one credit. We offer:

• Monthly Subscription: 30 credits that reset monthly
• Top-Up Credits: 10 credits that never expire

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal
• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change with 30 days notice
• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Service and immediate delivery of credits:

• Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased
• Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for technical issues or billing errors
• To request a refund, contact us at t.me/guru_ais within 7 days of purchase

4.4 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your billing period
• Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time

5. Content Ownership and Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you create, upload, or publish on AI.Blogue ("Your Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, display, and distribute Your Content through the Platform
• Create backups and derivative works necessary to provide the Service
• Use Your Content for promotional purposes (with your explicit consent)

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features is provided "as-is" and:

• You own the rights to AI-generated content created in your account
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or originality of AI-generated content
• You must ensure AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights

5.3 Platform Content

All Platform content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, logos, text, graphics, software, and AI models) are owned by Artificial Intelligence Hubs Ltd and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use AI.Blogue to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Publish false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute spam, malware, or malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect user data without consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
• Circumvent security measures or abuse the credit system
• Use automated systems to scrape or access the Platform
• Publish content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, or violates third-party rights
• Generate content for phishing, scams, or fraudulent purposes

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. However:

• We are not obligated to monitor all content
• We do not pre-screen user-generated content
• We are not responsible for user-generated content
• Removal of content does not waive our right to pursue legal action

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of data transmission or storage

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE HUBS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Statements or conduct of third parties on the Platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Artificial Intelligence Hubs Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create, upload, or publish

11. Third-Party Services

AI.Blogue integrates with third-party services including:

• Cohere (AI content generation)
• PayPal (payment processing)
• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Vercel (hosting infrastructure)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their practices.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mauritius in accordance with Mauritian arbitration rules.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Artificial Intelligence Hubs Ltd regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
